- Dissolution by Agreement
The firm can be dissolved by the consent of all partners or according to a contract between the partners. - Compulsory Dissolution
The firm can be dissolved due to the adjudication of all partners or all but one as insolvent or the occurrence of an event or change in government policy that makes the business illegal. - Dissolution on the happening of Certain Contingencies
